Holy Buckets!

There is absolutely no reason why I am writing a blog post today.  I mean other than the fact I am bored out of my mind right now.  It has been an exhausting week of work where it was non-stop crazy up until today.  Now however, there is nothing to do but wait for things to get done before I can be busy again.

One of the things I have been thinking of recently is my bucket list.  My wife and I are hoping to start a family soon so it has occurred to me that anything on that kind of list is likely to remain there for many more years.  Some of the things on my list will probably never happen, such as sitting in the Red Sox dugout for a full game, but a boy can still dream!  Other things would require someone to help me accomplish them and per my last blog post I doubt anyone will be able to pull that off on my behalf.

Anyway I thought I would write down a bunch of things on this list just for the heck of it.  I would love to hear your thoughts and also any of your own bucket list items.  Please comment below or send me an email to AndrewCSloss@gmail.com

Bucket List

1.  Throw out a first pitch at Fenway Park (although any ballpark not named Yankee Stadium would be fine too)
2.  Be allowed to sit in the Red Sox dugout for a full 9 inning game
3.  See the pyramids in Egypt
4.  See the Minnesota Vikings win a Super Bowl
5.  Write and book and have it published
6.  Attend a Stanley Cup Finals game
7.  Play a round at Pebble Peach and TPC Sawgrass
8.  Go back to Hawaii
9.  Go Salmon fishing in Alaska
10. Travel to France to see the beaches of Normandy and other WWII sites
11. Travel to Iwo Jima
12. Travel to every continent
13. Live long enough to see my daughter (hypothetical at this point) get married
14. Sit behind homeplate for a major league baseball game

Okay that is it for now!  I am sure I have more but my I can't seem to come up with anything that doesn't involve traveling, sports or both!
